Filament for ESP32 cases that sit in direct sun, what survives?

Cases, brackets, parametric designs. Mounting electronics in printed enclosures.

Outdoor IoT enclosure prints in PETG yellow after 6 months sun. Looking for upgrade.

Tested so far:
  • PETG: yellowed visibly, still rigid
  • ABS: dimensional issues, warping during print, but better UV
  • ASA: best UV resistance I've tried, prints in enclosed printer fine
Sino dito may PLA+ outdoor build na lampas one year? PC (polycarbonate) worth the difficulty? Or just paint over PETG with UV-resistant spray?
