First Arduino, LED traffic light, tama ba wiring?

Si Jerome ulit, OFW retired. Nakapag-build first project, traffic light na sinabi ng grandson.

Setup:

• 3 LEDs (red, yellow, green), each 220ohm resistor series
• Common cathode to GND
• Anodes to pins 2, 3, 4
• Simple sketch with delays

Gumagana. Pero konting flicker minsan sa green. Normal lang o sign ng mali? Lahat ng resistor same band (red-red-brown-gold).
