Cheapest scope worth buying for student hobby use?

Thesis needs signal timing viz (PWM, I2C). Multimeter not enough. Budget PHP 5-10k.

Options:
  • DSO138/DSO150 pocket (~PHP 1500): toy, concept only
  • Hantek DSO5072P 2ch 70MHz (~PHP 12k): entry-level real
  • Used Rigol DS1052E surplus (~PHP 7-9k): age risk
  • USB Hantek 6022BE (~PHP 4500): tethered, low spec
Sampling I2C needs sub-us. Anyone using one of these often? Honest opinion?
