Concept: painted landscape on canvas with rivers traced in copper tape. Tape is functional circuit, powering small LEDs that mimic firefly behavior.
Tech bits:
- ATtiny85 hidden behind canvas, soldered to copper tape edges
- CR2032 coin cell for power, lasts ~3 weeks of intermittent activity
- LEDs are 0603 SMD, very low profile, soldered directly to copper tape
- Each LED has its own conductive tape "branch" off the river
Anyone else mixing visible-circuit aesthetics into finished pieces? Materials questions welcome.
