Got tired of yung off-the-shelf cases na either too big or hindi maganda yung airflow. Designed my own:

Features:
  • Snap-fit assembly (no screws for casing, only for the SBC)
  • Heatsink integration directly into the lid (aluminium block with thermal pad)
  • Optional 30mm fan mount sa top, plug-and-play
  • GPIO and HAT clearance, keeps Pi accessible without removing case
  • Wall-mountable bracket (separate STL file)
Print time: ~6 hours on a Bambu A1 Mini at 0.2mm layer height. PETG yung material para sa heat tolerance.

Idle temp ng Pi 4 (4GB, no load): 38°C. Under stress test (stress-ng 4 cores): 65°C peak with passive only, 48°C with the 30mm fan running at 5V.

STL files mededi-share ko once I refine the heatsink fit slightly. Right now yung gap sa heatsink-to-CPU 0.3mm, need it tighter sa next revision.

May ka-print din ba dito ng custom Pi cases? Ano naging pain points niyo?
