Common repair: lifted pad from rough rework. Customer brings board, pad torn, trace exposed. Save 70% of these now.

Tools: flux paste, 30AWG kynar wire, hot air 280C, microscope/10x loupe, UV mask.

Steps:
  1. Clean trace with flux + IPA
  2. Tin trace, 1mm copper visible
  3. Solder kynar wire to trace, 2mm long
  4. Bridge to floating pad location
  5. Place component, reflow
  6. UV mask for strength
Hardest part: keeping wire flat so component sits level. Practice on dead boards first.
