Bagong project, LED ayaw kumislap. Paano i-debug?

Hello po, beginner ulit ako with another stuck moment.

Setup: Arduino Uno, LED with 220ohm resistor, simple blink sketch. Code uploaded fine, no errors. Pero yung LED hindi nag-light up. Wala akong multimeter sa bahay (school lab lang).

Things I tried:
  • Flipped yung LED (baka wrong polarity)
  • Changed digital pin (13 to 12)
  • New jumper wires
Pa-help po, ano yung pinaka-systematic way to debug? Walang multimeter, anong alternatives?
