Sumo bot weight reduction below 500g, what got cut?

Class changed for next competition: 500g max instead of 1kg. Current bot is 850g. Surgery needed.
Weight breakdown:
Lost in transition: pushing power (smaller motors and lower voltage). Compensate with smarter logic.
Anyone built sub-500g sumo? What chassis material did you settle on?
Weight breakdown:
- Chassis (aluminum 3mm): 180g, biggest cut potential
- Motors (2x N20 metal gear): 110g, replace with smaller plastic gear
- Battery (4S 1500mAh): 160g, downsize to 2S 1000mAh
- Wheels (silicon, large): 140g, replace with smaller
- Electronics (Uno + sensors): 90g
- Misc (wires, fasteners): 170g
