Bagong project, LED ayaw kumislap. Paano i-debug?

Hello po, beginner ulit ako with another stuck moment.
Setup: Arduino Uno, LED with 220ohm resistor, simple blink sketch. Code uploaded fine, no errors. Pero yung LED hindi nag-light up. Wala akong multimeter sa bahay (school lab lang).
Things I tried:

Things I tried:
- Flipped yung LED (baka wrong polarity)
- Changed digital pin (13 to 12)
- New jumper wires
