Pi 5 vs Pi 4 for a headless home server — worth the upgrade?

Currently running a Pi 4 (4GB) as my home server: Pi-hole, Plex (light usage, 1080p only), and a Syncthing instance. Stable for ~2 years now.

Nakikita ko yung Pi 5 (4GB and 8GB variants), faster CPU, faster IO. Tempting na mag-upgrade. Pero:

• Pi 5 needs active cooling for sustained loads — yung passive case ko sa Pi 4 won't work
• Mas malakas yung power draw
• New PSU needed (5V 5A minimum)

For purely headless server use, justifiable ba yung upgrade cost (~PHP 5,000-7,000 for Pi 5 + cooling + PSU), or kapag stable yung Pi 4 setup, no point? Sino dito naka-migrate na?
